The Israel Heart Fund (IHF) is committed to the prevention and reduction of cardiovascular disease, the leading cause of premature death and disability in Israel. As a registered nonprofit organization in both Israel and the United States, IHF devotes its resources to developing and disseminating pioneering, health delivery systems and programs in Israel. Founded by renowned New York cardiologist, Dr. Morton Leibowitz in 1993, IHF supports research and the development of cost-effective programs that address the management of cardiovascular disease and its risk factors.
